Processes and Procedures
Michael Hammer, in his book The Agenda suggests that companies that thrive in this decade are process oriented. Processes and procedures are important for the following reasons:
- They insure greater consistency in the quality of work
- They utilize “best practices” in job performance
- New staff members are quickly and easily oriented to their job
- They add professionalism to the entire organization

“Paul is pleasant and easy to work with! He is insightful and keeps working on a problem until a solution happens. He provides the nudge to keep you on task and moving forward. He has given us new thought and direction on several problems. I have benifitted from his service.”
