Paul G. Landes
Paul has a strong management background both in the for-profit and not-for-profit arenas. After graduation from Arizona State University, he worked with the Arizona Council of Churches in a U.S. Department of Labor funded program designed to prepare migrant farm workers to transition from the fields to industry. He then directed the Western region of a denominational social services/mission program that worked to coordinate volunteers with local churches and agencies. The majority of Paul’s business career was as Project Manager for high volume residential homebuilders in Arizona, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. His “hands on” management experience has been extremely valuable to his present consulting practice. “Hands on” experience coupled with constant study has been the formula for development of effective methods of consulting. Paul is heavily involved in community causes in which he believes. He served four years as President of Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County. Under his leadership the affiliate launched a major homebuilding project offering affordable housing to those in need. This undertaking truly tested his belief in thinking “outside the box” and that a compelling vision is critical to achieving results. Paul earned his BA in Secondary Education at Arizona State University in Tempe Arizona. He is a certified facilitator for Total Quality Management earning that distinction from the Total Quality Institute in Mohnton, PA. Comments are closed. |
